# What this site does with your data.

Almost nothing. This is a personal site with no accounts, no forms and no advertising, so there is very little to collect and no reason to collect it.

## No analytics, no cookies

There is no analytics script on this site — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Vercel Analytics, no pixel of any kind. Nothing measures which pages you read or how long you stay.

The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

## Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Vercel, which serves it from servers around the world. Like any web host, Vercel records standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Those logs are Vercel's, kept on their retention schedule, and are not used to build a profile of you.

Fonts are self-hosted: they are downloaded at build time and served from this domain, so loading a page makes no request to Google Fonts or any other third party.

## If you email me

The contact page is a plain mailto: link to christer.hagen@gmail.com. If you write, that email lands in an ordinary Gmail inbox and stays there. It goes into no CRM, no mailing list and no automated sequence, and it is not shared or sold.

Ask me to delete our correspondence and I will.

## Links off this site

Pages here link out to LinkedIn, GitHub, X, Instagram, Wikidata, Crunchbase and to portfolio companies' own sites. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site under someone else's privacy policy — this one stops at the domain boundary.

## Your rights, and how to reach me

Under GDPR you can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. In practice the only personal data I am likely to hold is an email you sent me.

Write to christer.hagen@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with how I handle a request, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
